Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until your current paid period expires.

2. Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our product and your satisfaction with it is important to us. Because our services are digital goods, we offer refunds only under the following specific conditions:

  • Technical Faults: If you experience severe, documented technical issues that prevent you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve them within 72 hours.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged duplicate times or charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform or our payment gateway.
  • 7-Day Guarantee: For new subscriptions, if you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not utilized the platform for bulk sending beyond a reasonable testing volume (e.g., under 100 messages).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations (e.g., cancelling halfway through a monthly or annual billing cycle).
  • Change of mind after the initial 7-day period.
  • Failure to use the service due to circumstances on your end (e.g., your WhatsApp number being banned by Meta, loss of internet access).
  • Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing times.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our support email.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at app.sendwizz@gmail.com. Include your account email address, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
